At Dodo Etching, we strive to get your custom laser-engraved wood products to you quickly and safely. All items are handmade to order in our Southern California workshop, ensuring the highest quality for your personalized designs (like QR code signs, coasters, or blanks).
Processing Time
- Standard custom orders: 3–5 business days from order confirmation (includes design approval, engraving, and quality checks).
- Rush options: Available upon request – contact us for expedited processing (additional fees may apply).
- High-volume or complex designs (e.g., detailed QR codes or large plywood panels): May add 2–5 extra days.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- We ship nationwide via reliable carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on package size/weight).
- Standard Shipping: $6.99–$14.99 flat rate (free on orders over $75).
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (2–3 day options).
- International Shipping: Limited – contact contact@dodoetching.com for quotes (customs/duties are buyer's responsibility).
Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Track your package directly on the carrier's site.
Delivery Estimates
- U.S. Domestic: 3–7 business days after shipping (varies by location).
- Delays: We aren't responsible for carrier delays, weather, or holidays – but we'll keep you updated!
Important Notes
- Signature Required: For high-value orders (over $100) to ensure safe delivery.
- Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address at checkout – we can't reroute after dispatch.
- Lost/Damaged Packages: Report issues within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll file claims and reship/remake if carrier fault.
